I help clients and the coaches who train them unlock what they're capable of drawing on a background in strength, endurance, and tactical training, paired with the leadership and communication that work demands. About Me
I'm Rocky Conejos, founder of ARCON Human Performance.I built ARCON on one idea: Human first. Performance follows. Most of the industry runs that backwards chasing aesthetics, quick fixes, and numbers that don't hold. I coach the other direction. Build the human first, capacity, confidence, habits that survive a hard week and the strength, the conditioning, the body composition follow.My Background
I hold a Master's degree in Human Performance with a cognate in Strength and Conditioning, and I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F).
Before any of it, I was a combat infantryman with two deployments overseas. I still serve in the Army Reserve today as an intelligence analyst. That background shapes how I coach disciplined, honest about what the evidence actually says, and built for people who need results that hold up under real-world pressure.Who I Work With
